  • Email has been treated as spam  -  Please check your spam folder.
  • Blocked unknown senders  -  Your mailbox has blocked all unknown senders; please add  "support@btse.com" to the senders whitelist.
  • Dispatched to a folder by the inbox rules / filters  -  If you are using inbox rules / filters to categorize all your emails, please check your inbox as well as folders/labels used by your mail filters.
