These are the definition of various statuses:



Processing


You have successfully submitted your deposit/withdrawal request.


Completed


[ For deposit ]:  Deposit completed and credited to your BTSE account. Deposits may take approximately 3-5 business days after you have wired your remittance.

[ For withdrawal ]:  Our bank has completed the transaction and your bank will credit the remittance into your account. The withdrawals may take approximately 3-5 business days for your account to be credited.

* If there are any holidays between the following banks, your deposits/withdrawals will be postponed.

  • Sender's Bank
  • Intermediary Bank
  • Beneficiary Bank


Rejected


Your deposit/withdrawal request was rejected

Cancelled


You can cancel requests only if agents have not yet approved the transaction request, once the transaction status indicates Completed it cannot be cancelled.


Expired


[ For deposit ]: If we haven't received your payment and after 14 days, your deposit request will expire.
[ For withdrawal ]: If you haven't clicked the confirmation link of your email within 1 hour, your withdrawal request will expire.
