For deposits:


We have not receive your payment because one of the following reasons:

  • Lack of BTSE transaction No. (deposit request serial number)
  • Sender's name does not match with the BTSE account name (you have made this SWIFT remittance by other person's name)


For withdrawals:


The remittance has been rejected by your bank, and will be refunded to your BTSE account (less the transaction fees).

In order to avoid your transaction being rejected, please make sure you have entered the required transaction information correctly:

  • Beneficiary Name
  • Beneficiary A/C
  • Beneficiary Bank Name
  • Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code
