Step 2:  After completing identity verification, head directly to the BTSE Card page and complete the application form.

A: To apply for a BTSE Card, applicants must undergo an essential verification process for their identity and residence, in line with international regulations. As a general guideline, you'll need to provide:


  • A National ID.

  • A clear photo of your most recent passport.

  • Proof of Address: A document from the last three months with your name and address visible. This could be:

    • A bank or account statement addressed to you.

    • A phone bill in your name.

    • A credit card bill in your name.

    • A utility bill addressed to you.

Q: How do I activate my BTSE Card once I receive it?


A: Once you've received your BTSE Card, follow these steps to activate it:


Navigate to the BTSE Card page.

Click on the "Activate” button.

Enter your card number and the last 6 digits of the mobile number you provided during the application process.

After successful activation, you will be prompted to set a PIN for your BTSE Card.
