Fiat Deposits


When our Bank receives your Funds and BTSE Transaction Number, crediting will be completed within 4 hours.

Reminders:

  1. When you deposit via international (SWIFT) remittance, please do not forget to fill in the BTSE Transaction Number in the payment detail field.
  2. If you deposit via the same bank via internal transfer or SEPA transfer, please upload and send the BTSE Transaction Number and Transaction Proof to us through the wallet history function.
  3. If you cannot view the deposit button, please proceed with your Identity Verification.


Digital Currency Deposits

Upon receiving the verified deposit record on the blockchain, BTSE will complete the crediting within 30 minutes.

Please note: Digital currency deposits/withdrawals are irreversible, please ensure the beneficiary wallet's currency and address is correct.



Withdrawal



Fiat Withdrawals

When BTSE receives your "confirmed withdrawal request”, the payment instructions will be sent to your bank within 24 hours.

Reminders:

  1. If you have yet to set up your two-factor authentication (2FA), please view your email inbox and click the withdrawal confirmation link to submit your “confirmed withdrawal request”.
  2. Dubai's bank operating days are from Sunday to Thursdays only. Withdrawal requests received after operating hours and on Fridays and Saturdays will be processed on the next banking day.
  3. If you cannot view the deposit button, please proceed with your Identity Verification.


Digital Currency Withdrawals

Upon receipt of your "confirmed withdrawal request", BTSE will send your withdrawal record to the blockchain within 20 minutes.

Simplified description of the blockchain withdrawal process:

BTSE sends withdrawal records to blockchain > Wait for blockchain to confirm the records > Blockchain completes confirmation process and broadcasts the result to all nodes > Beneficiary’s platform receives the latest transaction records from the blockchain and confirms that the payment was received > Beneficiary’s platform credits the payment to the beneficiary wallet


Querying blockchain confirmation status (please inquire via the following path):
Login to BTSE > Wallets > More > History > Click Transaction ID (Txid) > Blockchain query page will show whether this transaction record has been confirmed or is still in process


Reminders:

  1. If you have yet to set up your two-factor authentication (2FA), please view your email inbox and click the withdrawal confirmation link to submit your “confirmed withdrawal request”.
  2. Due to the blockchain’s limitations, processing turnaround time and transaction fees may vary, hence, some transactions may take longer to complete the confirmation process.
    E.g. high-volume transactions on the blockchain at the same time, will cause increased transaction fees, and will take a longer time to complete the confirmation process.
  3. When the beneficiary platform has an additional verification requirement, it may affect or delay crediting to your wallet, even if the transaction record has been confirmed by the blockchain.
    E.g. When you see the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain query page, but your beneficiary wallet hasn't received the coins. For assistance, you may contact your beneficiary platform.
  4. Digital currency deposits/withdrawals are irreversible, please ensure the beneficiary wallet's currency and address are  correct.
  5. If you encounter any of the incidents listed below, please Click Here to request for assistance:

- Delayed transaction record confirmation for more than 4 hours.

- Failure to receive your coins after receiving blockchain's transaction record confirmation for more than 4 hours.
