1. Before finalizing your application, make sure that your name, phone country code, phone number, address, and zip code are accurately provided. Should there be any delivery issues due to errors in the application details you provided, extra charges might occur.

2. Delivery durations can differ based on the region. While BTSE strives to ensure card delivery within 4 weeks post-approval of the application, external factors can sometimes alter this estimate.

3. The courier service, chosen for delivery, will utilize the same phone number you provided during the BTSE Card application. Please note that in certain areas, delivery might not be possible. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause.

A: To apply for a BTSE Card, applicants must undergo an essential verification process for their identity and residence, in line with international regulations. As a general guideline, you'll need to provide:

• A National ID, Driver’s License, Passport or similar identification.

• A clear photo of your most recent passport.

• Proof of Address: A document from the last three months with your name and address visible. This could be:

  • A bank or account statement addressed to you.

  • A phone bill in your name.

  • A credit card bill in your name.

  • A utility bill addressed to you.

Q: How do I activate my BTSE Card once I receive it?

A: Once you've received your BTSE Card, follow these steps to activate it:
