I sent crypto to the wrong address — what do I do?


Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. If you have sent funds to an incorrect address, the outcome depends on where the address belongs:


  • If sent to another address on our platform: Contact Support immediately with the transaction ID (TXID). We will attempt to recover and credit the funds where operationally possible.
  • If sent to an external wallet you do not control: We are unable to retrieve these funds. You would need to contact the owner of that address directly.
  • If sent on the wrong network to a correct address: Contact Support. Recovery may be possible in some cases but is not guaranteed.


Note: We strongly recommend always using the Copy button rather than typing addresses manually, and verifying all the characters before confirming any transaction.
