Topping Up Your Card

You can top up your BTSE Card anytime from the BTSE web platform:

• Go to the Card section
• Click Top Up
• Choose your preferred crypto — USD, USDT, USDC, BTC, or ETH
• Enter the amount and confirm

Your selected crypto will be converted into USD and credited to your card balance instantly. There are no top-up fees.

Spending with Your Card

Use your BTSE Card anywhere Visa is accepted by entering your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address at checkout — just like any other Visa card.

Your card balance is held in USD. If a purchase is made in another currency, the conversion happens automatically at checkout. 

If a payment is declined, the most common reasons are:

• Insufficient card balance

• A security check requiring transaction approval
