If You Notice an Unrecognized Transaction
Freeze your card immediately from the Card section on BTSE
Contact support to file a dispute
Most disputes are resolved within 30–90 days, depending on the merchant and card network.
A $40 dispute fee applies to cover the investigation process with the card network.
If Your Card Details Are Compromised
Freeze your card immediately, then request a replacement from the Card section.
Replacement cards cost $1.
If you’re unsure whether a transaction is fraudulent, it’s safest to freeze the card first — you can always unfreeze it later if the charge turns out to be legitimate.
Closing Your Card
You can close your card anytime from the Card section.
There’s no closure fee, and any remaining balance will be returned to your BTSE wallet.
