My fiat deposit is missing — what should I do?
If your fiat deposit has not reflected within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Verify the funds have left your account by checking your bank or card statement.
- For bank transfers, confirm you used the exact bank details provided on the Deposit page, including the correct reference number and intermediary bank.
- For bank transfers, please also ensure the deposit was made in a supported currency from a bank account in your own name.
- Allow the full processing window to elapse (e.g. up to 5 business days for bank transfers via SWIFT).
If the issue persists, contact Support with your transaction number, the exact amount and date sent, and the reference number used (if applicable).
