In most cases, it's very fast! Here's what to expect at each stage:

Payment approval — instant to 2 minutes 

Once you complete the 3DS verification, your bank approves the payment almost immediately.

Crypto credited to your wallet — usually within minutes 

After payment is confirmed, BTSE credits the crypto to your wallet. Most transactions complete within 5 to 15 minutes.

If it's taking longer than expected, check your transaction status under Wallets → Transaction History:

• "Completed" — payment was successful; your crypto should arrive shortly
• "Processing" — still being finalised; give it a little more time
• "Failed" — the transaction didn't go through; no funds have been deducted

On rare occasions, transactions may take up to a few hours due to high network traffic or additional bank verification steps. If your status shows "Processing" for more than 2 hours, contact Support with your transaction identification number (TXID).
