Why was my withdrawal rejected or failed?
A withdrawal may be rejected or fail for the following reasons:
- Insufficient balance (including insufficient funds to cover the network fee).
- The withdrawal amount is below the minimum threshold.
- The destination address is invalid or does not match the selected network.
- Your account is temporarily restricted pending a security review.
If your withdrawal was rejected without a clear reason, please contact Support with the transaction ID (TXID) for assistance.
